Requirements
- Basic Degree (preferably in Business Administration or Marketing).
- At least 3 years in the same capacity, preferably in the retail, hospitality, fast-moving-consumer-goods or nutritional/baby products or services.
- 2 years or more of experience in a supervisory/managerial position.
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills in English (competency in Bahasa is an advantage).
- Results-driven and high level of initiative.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Good organizational and planning abilities.
- Highly motivated and people-oriented.
- Lead Marketing team to achieve Corporate and Departmental objectives.
- Drive category and brand awareness amongst target market and general public.
- Conceptualize and implement brand and marketing strategies to consistently achieve leads generation and client acquisition targets and client retention , and monitor results.
- Adherence to Marketing budget and Corporate Marketing protocols.
