Depot Manager

Reporting to the Area Operations Manager and based in our Hexham Depot, your role will be an integral part of the daily operations of our Depot and associated fleet and employees ensuring that we remain incident free and reliable to customer at all levels.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Building strong customer relationships
• Manage, co-ordinate and maintain fleet
• Be responsible for your P & Ls
• Effective staff management
• Manage Stock control
• Adherence to all Caltex Safety Policies and Procedures

The successful candidate will hold:

• Proven Safety commitment
• Great leadership and communication skills
• Have a hands on approach
• Computer literate
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Be a self starter and have the ability to work autonomously
