• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Experienced in technical/systems/process safety tools and techniques such as HAZID, HAZOP, physical effects modeling, FMEAC and Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)

Operations Coordinator

Reporting to the Terminal Operations Manager your role as an Operations Coordinator will be to ensure Terminal facilities operate safely and effectively within budgetary guidelines and that improvements are managed in a timely manner to meet the requirements of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the terminal operations comply with all relevant environmental and safety standards and statutes through active monitoring, vetting and auditing of key systems and procedures.
• Control all Stock movements through product receipting, monitoring inventory and daily supply, communicate any supply interruptions to all relevant parties in a timely manner. Complete documentation and SAP entries as required and coordinate allocations, returns and redirections.
• Coordinate and/or perform repairs and maintenance functions in accordance with the programmed maintenance schedules and management of contractors through tenders, procurement and applications of approved process & work standards.
• Maintain and monitor systems including the terminal automation & system (TAS) and tank gauging/ terminal & pipeline systems to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation.
• Participate in development of capital projects and provide operational support for the implementation phase of projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for either a recently graduated engineer seeking experience within the supply chain or an experienced control systems operator.
