Hero Supermarket employs people 13,400 and serving customers in 496 outlets. As of March 31, 2011, the Company operates 38 outlets Giant hypermarkets, 46 supermarkets Hero outlets, 76 outlets Giant supermarkets, 208 Guardian health and beauty outlets and 128 outlets Starmart. In March 31, 2011, a new Giant has opened in Jababeka Cikarang, Giant Guardian Jababeka Cikarang, Giant Guardian Bandung Setrasari, Guardian Kalibata City, Giant Metland Jonggol, Giant Guardian Metland. As of July, there have been 500 outlets throughout Indonesia.

In expanding our business - currently the company needs special person with high integrity to fill the position as:

Store Manager Supermarket (Code : SMS)

• To manage, coordinate and control the entire operations of Supermarket that runs according to Spm Standard Operating Policies and procedures (Spm SOPP) and the approved target and budget to achieve profit target and Company's goal to build Supermarket as a convenient place to shop.

Qualifications

• Male, and Min. bachelor degree from any discipline from wellknown university
• At least 5 years related experiences working in related field particularly in retail business
• Having strong leadership, team work oriented, result oriented, sharp analytical skill, presentation skill, an excellence communications and strong negotiation skill
• English proficiency both oral and written is essential
• Ability to work independently and under tight schedule to achieve a target
• Willing to be located in any branch stores in Indonesia
