Currently,we are looking for young energetic and dynamic proffesional candidates to join our team as Executive Finance AR position and will be placed at Jakarta

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure and control all transactions from Prepaid & Postpaid recording property in SAP
• Ensure all transactions from Prepaid & Postpaid inline with company policy
• Monitor end of month closing for AR
• Set price for SAP journal entries
• Process changes to the organization’s human resource programs and policies in accordance with guidelines so that these programs are implemented accurately and fairly

Job Requirements

• Possess min. Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university
• Have min. 2 years of experience in the same position, preferebly from telecommunication company or retail industry
• Able to handle subordinate and team player
• Have good knowledge in Accounting and familiar with Indonesian Tax Regulation
• Understand concept and strategy of collection and accounting day to day operations
• Have good ability in operating computer and familiar with SAP
• Have strong and effective communication skill in English, both verbal and oral
• Have high accuracy, excellent administration skills, initiative, self-discipline, result oriented and able to work under pressure
• Process changes to the organization’s human resource programs and policies in accordance with guidelines so that these programs are implemented accurately and fairly

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Corpcomm manager in maintaining relationship with media
• Prepare all needs for PR events, including logistics and its administrations
• Assist Corpcomm manager in developing and publishing press release & press update
• Assist Corpcomm manager in daily media monitoring, in cooperation with Media Monitoring agency
• Full responsibility for controlling souvenir stocks and its availibility for events

Job Responsibilities

• Seek and identify opportunities and capturing new business from the communities (Identify potential markets)
• Build and win the new prospect communities including estimated realization of the sales target plan
• Able to achieve sales target according to the sales plan
• Manage, maintain and develop existing communities to ensure deliverables, scope and customers satisfaction
• Make our products available as per sales strategy
• Develop and manage relationship with business partners
• Manage, train and coach DSR (Direct Sales Representatives)
• Monitor DSR day-to-day activities
• Carry out marketing programs
• Improve efficiency of sales operational
• Provide reports and updates to Direct Sales Manager

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any major

• Good Leadership (planning, monitoring, evaluating, coaching, and counseling)
• Good reporting skill, presentation skill
• Have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
• Willing to be placed in West Java area (Indramayu, Garut, Sumedang)
