Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree any discipline (preferably majoring in Human Resource Management / Psychology).
• Gender male / female.
• Minimum 2 years experience in human resource management.
• Had worked in consulting is preferred.
• Understanding human resource management / business processes.
• Knowing the competency mapping, job analysis and job evaluation, performance management, training and development concepts as well as writing job descriptions.
• Master the concepts and application of competence within the company.
• Knowing the Payroll system.
• English is active.
