PT Leighton Contractors Indonesia, is a division of Leighton Asia mainly specializing in contract mining, civil engineering and infrastructure, including site preparation, earthworks, roads, bridges, pipelines, buildings and tunnels. Leighton Contractors Indonesia expects to start a project in Batam in May /June 2012. Our scope of work will be to construct a large manufacturing warehouse plus a number of utility buildings, canteen and guard houses. Our work also includes all architectural, civil, structure and M&E work.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To prepare drawings in the format and system prescribed for the project in order to meet project requirements and Leighton’s quality standards.
• To prepare accurate and well presented drawings in order to meet the standards and targets as specified in the Project Plan. To prepare drawings in a timely and efficient manner in order to meet project deadlines and schedules.
• To ensure engineering documents and documentation are filed correctly, formatted and traceable (hardcopy and softcopy) in order to ensure that only the latest revisions of the document is being worked on.
• To provide administrative support in drawing management in order to meet project objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years Experience in Construction, Road or Civil projects.
• ‘O’ level equivalent (e.g. SPM Grade 2 and above).
• Credit in Mathematics, preferably credit in English and local language
• CAD Certificate or Diploma Related CAD working experience.
• Willing to be located in Batam
