Skills and qualifications:
- Passion for using technology to solve issues across a large customer base
- Able to lead in-depth technical discussions, as well as talk about technology to a non-technical audience
- Sales experience gained at a large technology company in a similar role, such as a system engineer or pre-sales consultant
- Experience of complex datacenter environments including directory and virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of Windows Server operating system fundamentals and Microsoft System Center infrastructure management
- Technical certification and a degree or equivalent
