Training & Development Staff
Work Location: Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Providing support for the formulation and implementation of company programs, policies, guidelines and practices in organization development to increase organization efficiency.
- Planning, organizing and implementing of HR programs, including training & development, communication program and other HR functions in order to increase employee productivity.
- Conducting need assessments and related due diligence work to develop Human Resources Information System
- Min. Bachelors Degree from state universities from any major;
- Fresh graduate with min. GPA: 3 (scale : 4.00);
- Good written and spoken in English;
- Personal skills:
- Analytical thinking and high achievement
- Good team work and continuous learning
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
