Electrical Engineer

Qualifications:

• IE Engineering / Technical Knowledge - Candidate should possees working engineering/technical knowledge and experienced related to IE & SCADA activities and process especially those related to Oil & Gas Operation Industrial
• The candidate also requires having strong troubleshooting skill and ability to recognize the symptom of the problem before it is worsen. Able to provide root cause or be productive member of the FE team
• Operation Knowledge: - It is preferable that the candidate has operational experience and familiar with O&G Operation in order to coordinate support services, activities or seek expertise to meet operational requirement and timeframe
• Communication/Team Work - Candidate should has strong self starter skill and able to lead or establish strong team work to tackle many of the chronic or on-going issues. Demonstrate well in stakeholders engagement in order to gain supports to achieve the required tasks.
• Business Understanding: Able to drive the direction of I/E & SCADA that meets Business needs or constrains (resources, priority, etc)
• OE Focus: Demonstrate OE leadership and has good performance in achieving OEHES targets. Able to influence team to strive for high OEHES standard while proceeding with tasks
• Contract Administration Skill: Candidate should have direct experience controlling contract, manage contractual disagreement properly and demonstrate systematically control method (KPI, etc) and posses negotiating skill

Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Designs and modifies moderate to complex equipment and facilities such as: compressor facilities, oil and gas dehydration facilities, instrumentation and control equipment, pipelines, water disposal facilities, small and medium sized facilities, and water treatment systems.
• Works independently on medium to high complexity facilities projects.
• Develops and/or reviews design for proper layout, safety, and human engineering issues. Participates and/or lead in HAZOP, i-HAZID, any Hazards or Risks identification sessions, Safety Objectives Analysis (SOA). Develops practical solutions with good engineering to address recommendation from Riskman process. Reviews/improves designs for operability, reliability, and ease of maintenance. Participates in 3D CAD reviews, etc.
• Works with outside design or engineering resources (contractors, flow assurance specialists, etc.) May serve as a process design representative on projects.
• Reviews and provides input to technical specifications and evaluations for equipment procurement. Evaluates and makes technical recommendations for process and equipment selection.
• Develops computer simulations of processing facilities and field development tools. Develops process design for moderate sized facilities. Participates in process commissioning and start-up teams and troubleshoots as required.
• Provides direct support to Operations in process monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting, potentially shutdown planning, process start-up procedures, operating instructions and operator training guides for new facilities as required.
• Serves as a lead process engineer on projects with more than one engineer assigned and / or as a Company design representative in a design contractor's office. Approves PFD, HMB, PID, and process datasheets and other process documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Chemical Engineering or Higher
• Minimum 7 years Oil and Gas or Petrochemical experiences with emphasis in operations and process design. Offshore related experiences are preferred.
• Experienced in Process Modelling Programs (i.e., Hysis, PipeSim, Phasephase, HTRI, FlareNet, etc.)
• Experienced in Process Operating and Maintenance (i.e. troubleshooting, monitoring, providing O&M procedures)
• Familiar with international & industrial engineering standards especially in safety and process design.
• Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good coordinating and coaching skills.

• Filing and organizing Bangkok project files.
• Recording project milestones payments.
• Making project business trip expense claim.
• Arranging and organizing Bangkok project meetings/conferences.
• Recording meetings/conferences memos.

Office administration duties:

• Managing office supply requirement and distribution.
• Managing Bangkok office license/certificates renewal.
• Managing daily office equipment maintenance..
• Arranging hotel reservation, air tickets booking and airport pickup.
• Dealing with filing, typing, printing, copying, scanning and faxing.
• Handling office incoming calls, mails, fax, express and correspondence.
• Taking care of lunch ordering for conference and business dinner reservation.
• Running other errands as requested.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

• Degree in business or accounting.
• 4 years minimum experience in similar type of work.
• Data processing and administrative management would be an added advantage .
• Good communicator and decision maker.
• Excellent at multitasking and confident in project management..
• Knowledge of office software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) is also expected for such a job profile.
