Supervisor Accounts

Responsibilities:

• Do the administration process based on SOP and company regulation
• Prepare Bank reconciliation, finished by 5 working days after month end
• Prepare accrual journals, finished by 5 working days after month end
• Maintain fixed asset records, updated 2 days after month end
• Monitoring recording error from Non Insurance transaction max 5 at month end
• Verify journals before input to sun system, to minimize error recording
• Monthly reporting to LLD BI before 18th of the following month
• Revenue Report submitted within 7 working days after month end
• Assist for all reconciliation balance sheet account by monthly
• Assist for providing Financial reporting for management and statutory

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree major in Accounting
• Able to speak in English
• Minimum having 3 years working experiences in Accounting Insurance Life
• Having knowledge in insurance
• Handle reporting for regional and Local

Skill & Knowledge :

• Analytical Skill
• A Good knowledge of the Insurance Industry
• Have excellent English both oral and written and good Communication skill
• Well organized, honest and highly discipline
• Computer literacy is must
