Finance Administration Officer
Work Placement: Medan-based

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting/ Finance related
• 1-2 years of experience in related accounting knowledge will be an added advantage
• Meticulous and organized
• Able to meet given deadlines
• Able to work well independently, as well as in a team
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Process of receipts and update cash book
• Follow up on outstanding bills
• Update invoice records in Excel spreadsheets
• Assist with AR billing and GIRO processing
• Filing and other general admin work
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by line manager
