Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Description:

UGL Services, now combined with DTZ, is one of the world's largest property services companies. The business provides corporate occupier clients with a global, integrated end-to-end service offering and best-in-class investor services capabilities in investment agency, leasing, property management, project and building consultancy, valuation and investment and asset management. The property services business has 43,000 employees including contractors, operating across 225 offices in 45 countries. UGL Services is a part of UGL Limited, a global leader in outsourced engineering, maintenance and property services.

• We are seeking expressions of interest for the following vacant leadership positions.
• These positions will be located in our Los Angeles Head Office.
• Ideally candidates will have a minimum of 10-15 years relevant senior management experience working for an international or global company of similar size, scale and complexity to UGL Services.
• Industry experience is also preferred.

Reporting directly to the Group President, the CFO is responsible for all finance and accounting matters across the UGL Services Group. As a key member of the senior executive leadership team, the CFO will play a fundamental role in the development and implementation of the global strategy. In addition, this role will act as a trusted business advisor to the various leadership teams across the Group.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years broad finance experience, CPA/CA qualified, with extensive experience partnering a CEO for an international or global company.

Areas of expertise include succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational development, performance management, training and development, and compensation. The CHRO will also provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years relevant HR experience and will hold a BS and preferably an MBA/MA/PHR.

The CLO will manage the delivery of all legal services in a wide range of areas, including, but not limited to regulatory compliance, transactions, risk management, employment law and litigation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years relevant legal experience and will hold a Juris Doctors Degree.
