Requirements:

• Min. D1 from reputable Secretary Academy, Public Relations, SMIP or Tourism Academy.
• Female, with Age between max 28 years old.
• Min. Experience as Receptionist, Junior Secretary and administration at least 2 years.
• The candidates must have good English both written and oral.
• Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner, and independent.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for overall kitchen operations, starting from selecting the procurement of food, food stuff processing until ready to serve to customer and continuously monitor the high standard in with consistency in its presentation. Planning a new menu that is better than competitors and make a standard recipe, monitor food cost and profitable sales price.

Qualification for Executive Chef :

• Hold minimal diploma from tourism academy / university
• At least 4 years as a Executive Chef in a restaurant / tourism industry
• Having a wide networking with food vendors and with food production suppliers.
• Able to operate computer Min : MS Ofiice
