CAD Designer - SRSG
Responsibilities:

• Perform necessary calculations for preparation of clear, complete, and accurate detail and shop drawings.
• Develop most practical layout, 3-D model and arrangement by visualizing entire job from the standpoint of design strength, arrangement and relationship of components to other standards, codes and customer specification.
• Responsible for ensuring the error-proof and well-communicated detailed component drawings for fabricating and/or erection of ALSTOM Power products.
• Prepare or establish parts lists and material specification from accomplished drawings.
• Develop material forecast from the arrangement drawing and responsible for optimizing the use of raw material. Communication between Process Engineer as the originator and the CAD Designer is required.
• Responsible for reducing the repetition error.
• Occasionally check the drawing from other CAD Designer or Junior CAD Designer.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Marine, Industry or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• A good knowledge of engineering and drafting principals, such as 2D and 3D projections, surface development, dimensioning, Isometric, etc.
• Understand International Code and Standard, such as ASME, AWS, AISC, and other standards from licensee.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya

Quality and Process Improvement Manager

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure the implementation, maintenance and improvements of a single management system;
• Ensure the quality policy and the quality strategy are defined;
• Ensure quality objectives are set;
• Act as the management representative on quality towards customers and notification bodies.
• Monitor and review the variation and control of processes and take action to bring to the required level of control
• Verify the long-term performance and control of system and processes through visual management and other quality tools
• Ensure a mult-dimension audit program is established and resources are available and capable;
• Ensure the quality and process improvement strategy is established and implemented in line with factory network strategy
• Champion a continuous improvement culture for a single organization and ensures lesson learnt, corrective and preventive actions are performed;
• Ensure that the necessary approved procedures and documents to define and control the processes are in place and regularly reviewed
• Direct the use of quality tools in product and process developments to build in quality
• Report the performance of the system and its processes and ensure that action is taken to correct deviations
• Ensure the experience response, knowledge management and deviation management systems and processes;
• Manage the assigned quality community and develop its competencies;
• Propose and follow up on the development of the factories competencies on use of quality tools.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Management Engineering or Business Administration;
• 5+ Years of experience in QA systems implementation and management;
• Experience in designing and implementing quality systems including process control measures and quality assurance tools;
• Experience of 6 Sigma, Quality and other process Improvement toolkits;
• Diverse knowledge of inspection and process control methods, techniques and documentation.
• Experience of driving change within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ASME / EN pressure codes and requirements is desirable;
• Preferably pressure vessel experience;
• Preferably experience in Supply Management, engineering, and project management;
• Multicultural – able to motivate to get the best out of people in different countries/cultures;
• Keen to travel time to times
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya

Description

Au sein de la société ALSTOM Power Service, en France, vous rejoignez l'activité Turbines en tant que Ingénieur de maintenance Turbines Industrie H/F

Dans ce contexte, vos missions principales seront :

• Préparation, assistance et finalisation des expertises de nos matériels en usine et occasionnellement sur site
• Résolution de problèmes techniques (diagnostic, réparations et/ou modifications, problèmes de fonctionnement et/ou exploitation)
• Elaboration de solutions de remise en état et assistance technique lors des travaux
• Support technique, analyse et réponses aux questions dans le cas de fortuits
• Préparation technique des révisions ou interventions
• Assistance technique aux équipes sur site (Field Service) durant les révisions ou interventions et réponse aux Procès verbaux èmis par les intervenants de chantier
• Assistance technique aux services opérationnels autres que Field Service (commercial, projets, achats et logistique. PAL, nomenclature, fabrication,...)
• Réunions techniques quand nécessaire avec clients, fournisseurs sous.traitants ou tout autre entité Asltom
• Gestion de la documentation technique et du REX (Retour d’EXpérience)

Exigences

De formation ingénieur à orientation mécanique, vous avez une première expérience en fonctionnement / montage / conception t/ou Maintenance Industrielle de turbo-machines ou matériels équivalents.

Vous avez des connaissance en bureautique standard, de bonnes conaissances en dessin technique ( lecture des plans ), et des notions CAO seraient appréciées.

Vous avez des compétences humaines reconnues : disponibilité, sens du service client, esprit d'équipe, curiosité d'apprendrs , capacité à partager vos connaissances...

Vous serez garant de l'image technique de la société auprès de nos clients et serez partie prenante du bon respect des délais et des budgets des affaires suivies (au travers d'une préparation précise, de réponses claires, rapides et pertinentes aux problèmes techniques rencontrés.)

Des déplacements sont à prévoir en France ou l'etranger , de 1 à 3 jours, 2 à 4 fois par an en moyenne.

Compte tenu du contexte international du groupe, la maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable et la pratique de l'espagnol souhaitée..

Basé à La Courneuve, le poste est rattaché hiérarchiquement au responsable du service Suivi Turbines Industrie et comporte de nombreuses liaisons fonctionnelles.

Situé sur le site de La Courneuve, Centre d'Excellence d'ALSTOM Power Service en Ile-de-France, l'établissement Turbines a pour activité principale la maintenance, la réparation et /a remise en état de turbomachines ou machines tournantes (turbines, pompes, compresseurs, turbo-pompes alimentaires,...) destinées à la production d'énergie tant dans le secteur de ['énergie (nucléaire ou thermique) que dans le secteur industriel (pétrochimie, sucreries, traitement des déchets,..).
