Lead Document Controller

Education:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent level qualification or extensive experience above the minimum requirements gained within the Construction Industry.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 15 years working experience in Document Control functions and systems used in the implementation of ECS, Design, Procurement, Construction and EPIC projects in the Construction Industry with at least 7 years in a supervisory position.
• Must be fully computer literate with extensive knowledge of electronic Document and Materials control systems and associated software.
• Familiar with relevant International Codes and Standards for Construction Industries.
• Sound technical awareness of procedures and materials and certification relevant to the Construction Industry
• Must possess good leadership skills and the ability to deal with individual staff issues on a day to day basis.
• Must have well developed analytical and reporting skills, good oral / spoken English and high level of computer literacy with relevant Software expertise.
