Sustainability Engineer

Education:

• Degree in architecture, engineering, science, environmental Management or similar, M.Sc. In Sustainability or similar subject is highly desirable.
• LEED AP V2.2 (minimum 3 years experience with LEED credentialing program active since minimum 6 months) or LEED Green Associate or BREEAM Gulf Assessor (Minimum 2 years experience) or QSAS assessor.
• Detailed knowledge of LEED ND.
• Full Membership of CIBSE/ IEMA Chartered Environmentalist or similar.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Building Services / Sustainability of which consists of 5 years solid experience of design work in a Consultancy Office.
• Concise understanding of dynamic thermal modeling systems including CFD, CFX, IES and TAS. International Project Experience within the Middle East.
• Extensive consultancy experience, undertaking sustainability design, renewable assessments, BREEAM Gulf / LEED assessments and energy modeling work.
• Demonstrable leadership in sustainability

Electrical Engineer

Education:

• B.Sc. In Electrical / Building Services Engineering.
• Professional membership of a relevant recognized international institute / association is desirable.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years broad experience in large building and Civil infrastructure projects, covering the spectrum of design, installation, testing and commissioning of building services systems, particularly in the MENA region.
