Analyst of Resourcing and Development
Possess a bachelor degree (S1) in Human Resource Management from reputable university
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and 5 year in Talent Development area, Preferably in oil & gas industry.
Have the Required Competency in Manpower planning, Succession Planning and Talent Development
Fast Learner and Have a Good Team Work
Fluent in Written and Spoken English
Good Interpersonal Skills and Working Attitude
Good Computer Basic Application Skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
