CPF Installation Manager

Working as part of Woodside's Projects department, you will join the Browse LNG Development. This project is a key element in Woodside's growth strategy and together with Woodside's suite of current and planned LNG projects will deliver transformational growth for the company enabling the company to remain the dominant Australian LNG Operator and significant player internationally.

CPF Installation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Detailed Design input to the Browse CPF (Central Processing Facility) is delivered in accordance with the Browse BOD and the Browse business drivers;
• Manage the Contractor for the delivery of the CPF;
• Ownership of installation constructability;
• Coordinate of the discipline engineering team;
• Provide installation and constructability input into the Detailed Design phase, ensuring the contractor has addressed all of the key installation;
• Provide the expertise to assess impact on construction and installation;
• Deliver robust constructible detailed design to support the T&I contracting strategy;
• Manage the preparation of the CPF T&I ITT technical packages, tender evaluation & contract award including any prequalification activities as required;
• Demonstrate HSE Leadership;
• Provide guidance to achieve key HSE installation detailed design objectives;
• Ensure implementation of Safety Management System i.e. compliance with legislation, company policy, standards and procedures;
• Work with the contractor to achieve project HSE objectives in the execute phase.
• Tertiary qualifications in engineering with a record of project management experience in major offshore facilities installation;
• 15 plus years experience in the Transportation and Installation industry;
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies to accomplish business goals;
• Installation & construction engineering knowledge;
• Contractual terms and conditions knowledge;
• A confident, self-motivated leader, willing to take responsibilities across geographic and business boundaries;
• The ability to achieve real business outcomes working with others, across all levels of an organization;
• Key competencies are effective communication skills, project cost and risk management, schedule management, problem solving of project 'roadblocks' and relationship development with key stakeholders;
• Strong communication skills.
