Programme Officer Job KPAN

In order to perform the task, leading and managing the response to AIDS, National AIDS Commission (Komisi Penanggulangan Aids Nasional - KPAN) require some positions to manage the Indonesian Partnership Fund for HIV and AIDS (Dana Kemitraan Indonesia untuk HIV dan AIDS - DKIA) ​​/ Indonesia Partnership Fund (IPF), it takes a unit of work with some position as follows:


Programme Officer IPF (Code: PO)

Qualifications:

• Minimal Bachelor Degree graduated in any major
• Have a minimum of 3 years work experience program areas, preferably who experienced at international institutions
• At least 1 year experience in international institutions
• Program management skills, development of proposals, free from stigma (whether ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, HIV status, etc.), integrity and high ethical.
• Able to communicate effectively (including reports, presentations, negotiation) by using English and Indonesian languages​​.

Qualifications:

• Master Degree from Social / Public Health / Accounting / Financial Management / related field.
• Have a minimum of 5-7 years work experience in management and finance, who preferred experience in international institutions such as UNDP, WHO, etc..
• At least 3 years experience in leading the international institutions
• Program management skills, financial management, proposal development, supervision and staff development, free from stigma (whether ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, HIV status, etc.), integrity and high ethical.
• Able to communicate effectively (including reports, presentations, negosiai) by using English and Indonesian languages​​.
