SCHEDULER
DEPARTMENT : PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
LOCATION : JAKARTA
PURPOSE OF JOB : Develop, evaluate and maintain the project plan and master schedules.
CLOSING DATE : 18 February 2012

DUTIES

• Responsible for development and maintenance of the Project Integrated Master Schedule.
• Responsible for compliance with contractual schedule requirements.
• Generates monthly internal and external schedule and project status reports.
• Responsible for identifying and analyzing the project critical path.
• Prepares schedules for at all stages of project development and execution.
• Tracks advancement of active projects against schedule or performance milestones.
• Selection and implementation of appropriate project management (scheduling) software.
• Development, with the Cost Controller’s inputs, of appropriate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education : D3 in an engineering discipline (civil, mechanical, electrical or industrial).
2. Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in a construction or engineering office, with at least 2 years experience in a cost management role.
3. Skills : Excellent general computer skills, including particularly spreadsheets, data bases and scheduling software. Excellent organizational skills required.
4. Others : Must be able to work independently and must pay close attention to detail. Fluent written and spoken English.

PROJECT COST CONTROLLER
DEPARTMENT : PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
LOCATION : JAKARTA
PURPOSE OF JOB : Provide cost control service.
CLOSING DATE : 18 February 2012

DUTIES

• Develop and continuously monitor project capital budgets for Project Group.
• Establish cost and budget planning and reporting procedures in cooperation with the Finance Group and Project Scheduler.
• Administer and track change orders and revisions to Capital Budgets.
• Monitors adherence to budgets throughout project execution and prepares reports on project status.
• Works closely with contract administration in reviewing monthly contractor progress reports and invoices for work performed.
• Periodically updates project budgets using both marginal and zero based budgeting techniques as appropriate.
• Prepare monthly reports on expenditure verses budget including forecast total expenditure.
• Advise on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

Supreme Energy was established in October 2007 by Mr. Supramu Santosa, veteran of the oil and gas industry and the former founder of the Star Energy Group. In early 2008, PT. Supreme Energy was assigned by the Minister of Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia to conduct four pre-feasibility studies in different areas of Sumatera. All were completed in 2009. In early 2010, the Liki Pinangawan Muaralaboh and Gunung Rajabasa geothermal concessions were awarded to Supreme Energy who teamed up in a consortium with the global energy leader and largest independent power producer in the world – GDF Suez. Following this award, the mining licenses have been issued in April and May 2010. In December 2010, the concession for the Rantau Dedap resource area was awarded to the same consortium.

Sumitomo Corporation joined the consortium in 2010 to develop jointly with Supreme Energy and GDF Suez the Muara Laboh and Rajabasa concessions. PT Supreme Energy, International Power – GDF Suez *) and Sumitomo Corporation are now the shareholders of the Supreme Energy Muara Laboh and Supreme Energy Rajabasa project companies. For Rantau Dedap, Marubeni Corporation joined Supreme Energy and GDF Suez as the third partner for further development of this project.
