Requirements

• Maximum age 39 years old by June 1, 2012
• Minimum ANT III Certified
• The sail as a skipper at least 3 (three) years
• Willing to follow the Scout Candidate Training
• Willing to work across the Company
• Healthy and Drug Free
• Minimum height 160 cm
• Not color blind clan normal visual acuity (with glasses are not positive or negative clan)
• Able to speak English actively
• The ability to swim a good basis
• Willing to undergo a bond II.

• A copy of last diploma ANT (notarized), a valid ID card, book Sailors, Sailing Certificate Period, and training certificates kepelautan owned.

Requirements:

• Maximum age 40 years old 
• Posses at least Bachelor Degree from reputable university (local/ overseas) 

With extensive experience and knowledge in:

• Planning and operation container terminal with capacity above 1 million TEUs 
• Familiar with Navis container terminal application or equivalent

Strong leadership and teamworking with white and blue colar labor forces Willing to travel across Indonesia.
