Spare Parts Purchasing Staff
Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
  • Ensuring the implementation Plant Purchase (Repair / Maintenance, Service, Spreparts, Factory Supplies, Equipment Rental, etc) with competitive price, punctual, meet specifications and quality in accordance with the internal demand.
Key Account-abilities
  • Following the operational of procedure in purchasing
  • Handling the acceptance of incoming purchase requisition (PR)
  • Searching the vendor with reliable and competitive price
  • Preparing purchase order by Supervision instruction
  • Handling the incoming purchase invoice document and handover to finance dept. for further process
  • Handling daily purchasing administration
  • Responsible for official/imp and exp adm report/docs. filing (soft & hard copy)
  • Key Performance Indicators
  • Working in accordance with the dead line requirement and company’s policies
  • Keep in control on purchasing process
  • Suggesting ideas for continuous improvement in import and export
Requirements:
  1. Graduated from Logistics, Supply Chain Management or others any disciplines.
  2. Male or female max. 35 years old
  3. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  4. SAP User is preferable.
  5. Good proficiency in Excel. Word and Power Point
  6. Has a good negotiation skill, speak both Indonesia & English and purchasing administration.
  7. Good interpersonal skills & communication skills

Requirements
