Great opportunity for an experienced white/blue collar Senior Recruiter within Clough the maintenance oil & gas industry.

Due to an increased workload Clough AMEC are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to recruit and maintain a pool of skilled white collar and trades and labour personnel to support a range of offshore/onshore oil & gas maintenance projects.

Working closely with our HR/Recruitment and project teams you will be required to recruit and sustain a high calibre of skilled personnel to support our maintenance projects;

Writing job adverts, short listing and responding to applicants.

• Telephone screening of potential candidates.
• Ensuring labour is mobilised to site in accordance with the Projects labour schedule.
• Liaising with project managers, superintendents and supervisors, scheduling and conducting interviews, selection of applicants and arranging pre-employment medicals.
• Analysing candidate applications and providing a shortlist of quality candidates to management.
• Negotiation of terms and conditions.
• Ensuring employees recruited meet required standards of skill, competency, qualifications and fitness for specified positions.
• Conducting reference checks
• Review and update recruitment procedures and documentation when required.
• Maintaining an active database of current and previous personnel.
• Coordination of recruitment paperwork.
• Maintenance of Recruitment related spreadsheets and reporting as required.

The successful applicant will have previous experience working in a fast paced recruitment environment within the resource industry complimented by;

• Strong interpersonal & organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
• 7 years+ recruitment experience in an internal or external role within the petrochemical, mining or minerals sector
• Previous high volume recruitment experience
• Superior recruitment and interviewing skills
• Intermediate MS Excel & Word skills
• Previous experience with ERMS, Fast Track or similar recruitment database
