We require a Fulltime Contracts Administration Assistant to provide essential support to our project team over the next 6 months (approx). You will be part of the Papua New Guinea LNG Project Contracts Team located in our Brisbane office, and report to the Sub-Contracts Administrator.

Your duties may include:
Clough has brought together a dynamic team of people implementing various parts of this Joint Venture project. As this is a fast paced and challenging position, it is anticipated that a minimum of one to two years in a similar high volume environment is required to gain the necessary skills and experience. Strong attention to detail is essential. Previous experience within the mining and/or resources sector is advantageous.

- interrogating the data base and files for contract related queries
- collating historical data from multiple sources
- schedule-out an account valuation (in MS Excel)
- Low level assessment of entitlement to costs
- general contracts administration
