Job description:

• Answering incoming calls
• Provide information to customers, and or
• Providing solutions to customers
• Shifting 24 hours (divided by 3 schedule)
• Got a day off (day off work schedule depending on the settings)

This work applies to the following requirements:

• Male or Female, with age range 23-30 years old
• Graduates of the University of reputable, certified, minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree with min GPA 2.5
• Adept at communicate in English
• Can be operate computer, MS Office
• Used to Multitasking (answer and interact with customers and record the computer)
• To look attractive
• Good personality and Polite
