To support our rapid business development, we are looking for the following resources:

Account Payable Officer

Specification:

• Review and control SOP and company policies
• Journal Account Payable, reconcile data and report, especially for notes balance sheet
• Control payment process
• Verified payment request, and authorized to approved payment request for all companies
• Generate report Account Payable outstanding on weekly basis, and responsible for monthly report for management
• Control expenses with vendor contract/ agreement and PO
• Control prepaid expenses

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from Accounting
• At least 4 years experience as Accounting Staff or Supervisor, not from BUMN company or Bank
• Have very good knowledge in Tax regulation, have experience with tax auditor
• Very good in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), can speak and write in English
• Have good logical thinking and leadership, willing to work hard and consistent
