Scope of works:
- To plan, direct, organize, supervise and evaluate all activities in franchisee operations (production, quality, maintenance, O2C(order to cash), administration, safety & environment) which must allign with Holcim standards to achieve budgeted profitability in a safe and efficient manner
- To be actively involved in the establishment of additional franchisee operations this will support the long term business objectives of the company
- Ensure brand credibility through an excellent service
Education :
- Graduate from S-1 (Bachelors) all any disciplines
- Graduate from D3 (Diploma Degree with 5 years’ experience in construction materials Industry and in readymixed concrete is desirable )
- Management study and formal training aspects of concrete are desirable
- More than 3 years franchise industry or construction materials Industry and in readymixed concrete is desirable
- Experience in area technical, sales, production, business development or franchise
- Computer literacy:
- Proficient with MS Office and Command Batch is desirable
- Good in English both oral or written
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction through Quality and Service
- Lowest cost production through cost controls
- Understanding of readymixed concrete business
- Good team work
- Negotiation skill
- Integrity and honesty
- Knowledge of franchise business
- Willing to travell and high mobility
