PT Sysmex Indonesia is currently looking for several candidates to fill the position as

Human Resources Manager (HR)

Specific Requirements:

• Male/Female max 35 Years old
• Min. 6 years experience in H.R department
• Min. 2 years experience in H.R Manager role in multinational company
• Min. Graduated with Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Hard worker, proactive and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must have deep understanding of recruitment, interview focus, employee training, appraisal and other HRD functions

General Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, psychology, or equivalent from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Ability to identify problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
• Mature, resourceful, self-motivated and result-oriented
• Tolerance to work under pressure
• Good command of English and computer literacy is a must
• Working experience in diagnostics or healthcare industry would be an advantage
