The role of the Human Resources Coordinator is to provide operational guidance and advice, together with a providing range of HR related services for the project management. This is a Project role based in our Brisbane office working with the project Recruiter and project Mobilisation Officer. Corporate support is provided out of Head Office.

Human Resources Advisor

You will be required to provide accurate information & advice to staff and contractors regarding:

• Company policy or general HR matters
• Prepare contractual documentation & correspondence
• Assist in the expatriate mobility processes
• Ensure project terms & conditions are accurate & up-to-date
• Provide accurate salary benchmark advice to managers & recruiters
• Investigate and resolve claims & grievances
• Produce reports for projects as requested
• Conduct routine salary administration tasks
• Review the preparation of specific Project paperwork & reports as required

To be successful in this role, we anticipate that you will possess or demonstrate the following:

• At least 3 years HR experience
• Degree qualification, or significant on the job experience with part professional qualifications
• Highly developed communication skills to motivate, inspire and persuade
• Knowledge of HR Information Systems
