Your challenge will be to establish and deliver the innovative strategy we need to drive forward our computer-aided engineering capability across the business. You’ll fully assess our current CAE capability to highlight strengths and identify opportunities for improvements. Having done so, you’ll then develop and deliver a full CAE programme that both meets our current needs and anticipates the future challenges that our new products will present.

Candidate Profile

As such, you’ll need to be a strategic and innovative thinker with broad experience of using CAE tools in an engineering design environment. An understanding of CAE techniques, methods, tools and optimisation techniques is important too, as is a track record of developing new methods in line with evolving business needs. Solid project management and delivery skills will also prove a real asset.
