Responsibilities:

• To continuosly develop promotion programs, customer service and staff developments plans
• To consistently train, coach, and counsel the staff to optimize their capacity and build a strong and competitive team
• To closely monitor and analyze the market oppurtunities to anticipate and continuosly grow the customer service standard

Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree majoring in any discipline with GPA min 3.00
• Male/female, preferred age max 28 years old.
• Have 2 years related experience as a Customer Service Leader handle promotion/ event/ customer loyalty programme with a strong track record is a must
• Strong leadership and analytical thinking with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in shifts and to be place in Centro Solo
