Superintendent Business Improvement
Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting IT Business Improvement Manager in facilitating process improvements, strategic planning and formulation, efficiency analysis, and other company’s improvement initiatives.
• Analyze, present alternative, make recommendations and provide assistance for resolving business challenges confronting Business Units or Departments in the areas of planning, performance, and business process re-engineering and/or improvement.
• Ensures culture of continuous improvement in the organization.
• Contributes in initiative on process / performance / business improvement project either through technology or manual approach across company.
• Ensures availability of and compliance to SOP and other standard documents both for routine activities and or project based works.
• Facilitate roll out of Business Excellent Program and Balance Scorecards initiative
• Report to Manager Information Technology & Business Improvement

Requirements:

• Requires a Master of Management or Master of Business Administration with Engineering or Computer Science Undergraduate Degree. from reputable university.
• Minimum of 8 years of experiences in geothermal, oil and gas industry is required.
• Deep exposure to SAP Systems, Project management, Business Improvement Initiatives, and operational experiences required.
• Exposure to Audit works is preferred
• Able to work as a team and independently
• Willing to increase Knowledge and competency in any issues on day to day work
• Computer Literate
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
