HR Administration Staff - Contract under Agency
- Update the database
- Facilitate HR Shared Service staff in activities
- Perform HR administration activities
The role holder will primarily input data in database and lend a hand to other HR Shared Service staff in filling the leave application, loan drawdown and other such related forms. In addition, you will also maintain personnel administration process and perform other administration jobs in the HR Shared Services division.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Management, Accounting or Administration with one year experience along with a keen eye for detail will be preferred. Multitasking skills along with proficiency in MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel will be required.
