As a Loyalty & Product Manager, you will drive ANZ Classic and Gold Product along with profitability by monitoring, managing, developing and enhancing product proposition through various features, offer and benefit. Recommending and executing the tactical and strategic direction with regard to product development, enhancement and management also will be your function.
You will perform product rationalisation to match market needs and strategic & tactical requirements and perform industry competitive analysis to understand where ANZ Credit Cards stand within the industry. It is also imperative for you to ensure all initiatives are sustainable in the long term, all product benefits, features and usage/portfolio programs are well understood and expressed by Sales Teams, internal/external service providers and partners.
Collaboration being the key, you will collaborate with related departments to ensure quality implementation of new functionality that leads to streamlined back end processes. The candidate will also recommend and execute the tactical and strategic direction in terms of new product development and management. You will develop loyalty program as one of main product features and benefit. Ensuring the team contributes to the "can-do" culture will be an important function.
Qualifications
- To take charge, you need to bring to business demonstrated basic knowledge of credit card management to drive a sound and profitable credit card business. You will demonstrate skills in product and marketing through experience in similar roles. Prior project management experience by managing complex projects and strong business analysis and financial skills demonstrated through identification of a business need/problem and identification of an innovative way to fix the problem.
- You should also display the ability to understand a marketing problem, think strategically and offer suggested strategies. Excellent team management skills, great organisation and task co-ordination skills will also be required. It is mandatory for you to have good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, 2-3 years of marketing or product or loyalty experience will be highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Finance or other related discipline will be preferred.
