- Has min. 2 years experience in Sales Operation, preferably FMCG–multinational company, in the same position
- Has strong knowledge and experienced in Sales and Distribution Management
- Has experienced in handle Distributor Operations and Sales Force/Salesman
- Able to operate computer, especially Ms. Office
- Self confidence, high motivated, communicative, good presentation and negotiation skill
- Has strong leadership and works under pressure
- Has good understanding consumer good
- Willing to be place in all branches in Indonesia
