Requirement

• Minimum Diploma
• At least 5 years experience in same field

Other Requirements:

• Willing to be placed in Muara Teweh.

Duties:

• Plan (schedule tasks, plan security, etc.), organizing and controlling security division to create and safeguard both the maximum security protection and safeguarding of the assets of property, the owner, staff, employees and customers.
• Coordinate security and build a good relationship with each department within the mine and surrounding communities.
• To supervise the instruction given in the framework of safeguards in accordance with the procedure is running or not
• Evaluate the performance and the performance of each unit of assignment.
• Ensure that each shift assignment is always in standby condition.
• Follow the existing regulations and policy location of the mine and work discipline members.
• Do penyeledikan if necessary against a person suspected of committing an act / offense / crime by arrest, investigation, search for the next forwarded or reported to the authorities (police).
• Provide training, coaching and motivating the Danru and Members.
• Inform and report any security-related developments to the Project Manager and or the Summit
• Creating and compiling incident reports, daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports.
