Responsibilities :

• To lead and manage the retail strategy and programs implementation in our retail stores
• Develop and grow the business performance in term of Customer Service, Sales & Profitability and People Development
• Coach and support retailer competencies
• Develop retailer master plan within designated area and protect brand reputation and also support retailer area staff training

Requirements :

• More than three years experience as Store Manager or more than five years experience as Store Leader with significant performance track record in reputable retail brand company
• Male or Female around 30-35 years old
• Hold Bachelor Degree from reputable university with minimum IPK 3.0
• In good health, with a passion for lifestyle & cosmetics & a strong strive for excellence
• Proven capability in delivering results, work well as a team player, as well as able to motivate, coach and develop others
• Willing to located throughout Indonesia (main requirement is for placement in Solo)
