Sr. LEGAL OFFICER (SLO)

Requirement

• Law Graduates of undergraduate education
• Minimum GPA 3
• Preferred Gender Male, age max. 35 years
• Have experience dealing with structuring transactions in the field of infrastructure investment, banking and capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint operation in the State; Litigation in the General Court, the Industrial Relations Court, Commercial Court and Arbitration
• Advocates have permission
• Fluent in oral and written English (TOEFL score min. 550)
