Responsibilities :

• To assist supervisor in develop sales and profitability plans of store by implementing retail standards, promotion programs, customer service and staff developments plans
• To consistently train, coach, and counsel the staff to optimize their capacity and build a strong and competitive team on floor operation area

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate from Diploma/Bachelor Degree majoring in any discipline with GPA minimum 2.75
• Male / Female, preferred age maximum 25 years old.
• Good leadership and analytical thinking with proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in shifts and to be place in Solo
