Production Department Head (Code : PDH)

Work Location: Kalimantan Selatan

Golden Energy Mines is the owner and operator of 3 producing coal projects in Indonesia, namely Borneo Indobara (“BIB”), Kuansing Inti Makmur (“KIM”) and Trisula Kencana Sakti (“TKS”). The 3 projects are comprised of 8 coal concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000 hectares in South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra.

The 3 projects together have been assessed to hold total Joint Ore Reserves Committee (“JORC”) resources in excess of 1.93 billion tons (“bt”) of thermal coal, of which approximately 849 million tons (“mt”) are proven and probable reserves as at 31st of March 2011.

Position Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Minimum 7 years experience in coal mining industry, with minimum 3 Years in managerial level as Production Department Head
• Having POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate is preferable
• Well understanding about mining operation (Design, Production, Facility, Equipment, Man Power)
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR
• Fluent in English both oral & Written
• Willing to be located on site : South Kalimantan
