Job Description

• Responsible for scale-up production of hybridoma cells as raw materials for monoclonal antibody production;
• Prepare other cell culture products as needed;
• Conduct daily activity with strictly following SOPs and achieve scheduled production targets;
• Responsible for production room cleanness and maintenance;
• Maintain the documentation on site such as batch documents, logbook being filled in accordance with regulatory requirements timely;
• Label and pack consumables products for delivery;
• Other tasks related manufacturing as assigned.

Required Experience

• College degree with 1-3 years of experience in the industry;
• Have experience in hybridoma cell culture techniques and good laboratory practice skills;
• Good knowledge of standard laboratory techniques;
• Attention to details and great sprit in teamwork;
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
