Job Description

• Be part of manufacturing team to ensure high quality biological reagent products, such as antibodies, proteins, assay kits, etc;
• Conduct various incoming raw-materials and final product QC testing, analysis, processing and monitoring to ensure compliance with specifications;
• Perform required QC assays, such as Bio-Plex assays, to evaluate product quality according to established SOPs and work instructions;
• Assist in analyzing product performance issues and maintain documentation records;
• Assist in establishing and maintaining documents procedures, and making related recommendation for improvements;
• Assist in approving products to distribution and control the label and package standards;
• Assist in designing and performing special testing or experiments to address specific quality issues or investigation of noncompliance;
• Other tasks related to manufactures as assigned.

Required Experience

• College degree in Biology, Chemistry or related field;
• 1+ years experience as a QC specialist with strong sense of quality in mind;
• Effective verbal, written and listening skills in both Chinese and English;
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented and great team player spirit;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
