Project Administrator (PA)

Responsibilities:

• Customer inquiries, project quotation, sales order, invoice
• Manage purchasing
• Settle in bound deliveries inclusive customs clearance and deliveries CE to end of customer
• Inventory Management
• Create and maintain functional location & equipment master records
• The incumbent reports to CE Support Manager of Technical Department

Requirements:

• Graduate from reputable university in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or food technology with min GPA 2.75
• Have working experience 3-5 years especially in food and beverage industry, with strong technical knowledge of processing of liquid food and beverages
• Have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Work experience in multinational and multicultural environment would also be an advantage
• PC literate in software such as MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD and SAP An excellent working environment, attractive remuneration package and overseas training opportunities will be offered to the successful candidates.
