Field Service Engineer (FSE)

Work Location: Malang – East Java, and Tembilahan, Pulau Burung, Pulau Gantung – Riau

Responsibilities:

• To provide mechanical, electrical maintenance and field service support for our customers.
• He/she should be self motivated, willing to work under pressure and in critical situations, have good interpersonal skills and be well organized and highly independent.
• This position reports to the Processing Technical Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Graduate from a reputable university majoring in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with min GPA of 2.75 on a scale of 4.00
• Good knowledge of Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer Technology, Electrical and PLC. Knowledge of refrigeration systems will be preferable
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 years experience in food industry as maintenance and service engineer
• PC literate in software such as MS office, SAP and preferably AutoCad
• Max 32 years of age
