Corporate Communications Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work with the marketing and communications team to advise and apply communications tactics to business sales and distribution strategies for Chartis
- Work together with other stakeholders/department/business units in the company for building any marketing and communication strategy to support Chartis Indonesia business and operation.
- Develop written materials for use in multiple communications channels including; press releases, copy for Internal Communications, Intranet and Web story development, internal magazine editorial and brochure copy creation.
- Media Relations; build relationships and influence key consumer, business, financial, media stakeholders.
- Identify external media relations opportunities for story placement in English and Bahasa publications and online publishers
- Work with Chartis speakers and deliver media interview and external speaking opportunities which position Chartis as an Insurance industry thought leader in Indonesia
- Manage media events, familiarization trips, customer events and industry tradeshows
- Plan and execute an integrated Corporate Social Responsibility program that returns positive endorsement of the Chartis / AIG brand in Indonesia.
- Support content development for a Direct-to-Customer Digital project
- Manage media issues and provide council to C Level Management
- Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing, Communication and Journalism
- 5-6 years experiences as Corporate Communications Manager or Marketing Communications, preferably in Financial Institution or FMCG
- Strong written and verbal skills in both English and Bahasa
- Broad based knowledge of current communications platforms
- Excellent news gathering and content development skills
