Accident & Health Business Support Executive

• Working closely with Business Development Manager to achieve financial objective by focusing on manage, monitor and drive renewals and collections to achieve the target for Agents & Branches and Travel Agents Channel. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, monitor and drive renewals and collections to achieve the target KPI on all Agents & Branches and Travel Agents Channel.
• Provide back office support to all distribution channels by reviewing all accounts with 90 days prior to renewal date.
• Work with Customer Service Group Division (claims, operations) to ensure operational service level standard met.

Qualifications:

• At least bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable university.
• 2 – 3 years experience as Account Executive or Marketer in insurance industry.
• Strong presentation skills and good command of English.
• Highly motivated, persistence, have strong interpersonal skills and competent of dealing with people.
