Accident & Health Business Development Manager
- Reporting directly to the Head of Accident & Health Business Development, this person is responsible to achieve financial objective which is growth acceleration by obtaining new business and securing renewals from top local insurance brokers and direct accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and execute strategy to win business opportunities and to retain existing accounts from Top Local Brokers and Direct Accounts.
- Drive and manage the team to achieve transaction target in terms of number of submissions, bound ratio and account servicing.
- Establish and update business pipeline on weekly basis by produce pipeline reports.
- Perform good relationship with corporate clients.
- At least bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable university.
- At least 5 years experience in sales or marketing in insurance industry or health care business, preferably in Multinational Company would be advantage.
- Understand selling process and have strong presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and writing).
- Highly motivated, persistence, have strong interpersonal skills and competent in dealing with people.
