Business Solution Group

Responsibilities:

• Understanding business processes and map the process flows
• Identifying improvement opportunities on business processes
• Driving process improvement and change management initiatives

The candidate should:

• At least bachelor degree of Arts majoring in Industrial Engineering, IT or Similar background from reputable university.
• Min. 3 years experience in Financial Industry (Banking/Insurance) or Management Consultant
• Fluency in English both written (business correspondence) and verbal is a must
• Minimum age is 27 year old
• Nice and mature personality
• Experience in managing multiple projects and capability to identify projected benefits (tangible and intangible) is a major plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels
• Have good relationship and easy to adapt with new environment
• Can do attitude and positive thinking
