Business Solution Group
Responsibilities:
- Understanding business processes and map the process flows
- Identifying improvement opportunities on business processes
- Driving process improvement and change management initiatives
- At least bachelor degree of Arts majoring in Industrial Engineering, IT or Similar background from reputable university.
- Min. 3 years experience in Financial Industry (Banking/Insurance) or Management Consultant
- Fluency in English both written (business correspondence) and verbal is a must
- Minimum age is 27 year old
- Nice and mature personality
- Experience in managing multiple projects and capability to identify projected benefits (tangible and intangible) is a major plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels
- Have good relationship and easy to adapt with new environment
- Can do attitude and positive thinking
