Commercial Leadership Program (CLP Thermal CommOpsIndonesia) 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2011 Bachelors or Masters degree candidate in an engineering discipline and some working experience, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Power Systems, Systems or Industrial Engineering 
• Available to begin employment in as early as September 2011. 
• Excellent academic record 
• Minimum overall GPA 3.0 or higher 
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead projects of varying scope 
• Ability to work in teams effectively. Strong oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills. 
• Fluent in English language, with a global mindset 
• Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem solving skills to resolve difficult technical issues. Strong organizational skills. 
• Geographically mobile; ready for assignments in 2-3 different locations during the program 
• Candidates with passion to work in Commercial roles >Passion for excellence with high Integrity, and commitment to quality 
• Inquisitive and able to learn quickly, as the program has a steep learning curve 
• Work Location Jakarta but you will have the potential rotation locations include Atlanta, GA, Schenectady, NY, Singapore and other locations

The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is a two-year leadership training program designed to accelerate the development of entry-level talent and build leaders capable of commercial careers at GE. The program is structured for members to build leadership, technical, and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and applicable training.
